Abstract

The growth of the coffee shop business in Indonesia has increased rapidly, not only in major cities but also in smaller towns. This trend aligns with the long-standing habit of coffee consumption among Indonesians, as the country is one of the world's top coffee producers. Today, coffee shops serve more than just as a place to enjoy coffee; they have become spaces for working, photography, social gatherings, and even live music events. The transformation of coffee shops from simple coffee-serving establishments to places that offer a unique atmosphere and experience has contributed to their rising popularity, especially among teenagers in major cities like Surabaya. One of the most popular coffee shops in Surabaya is Moost Coffee, which features a modern-themed design, with a contemporary outdoor area and a classic-style indoor space. This phenomenon indicates that coffee shops are not just about beverages but have also become an integral part of modern urban lifestyles.
