Abstract

This study examines the relationship between product quality, consumer trust, and consumer satisfaction on repurchase intentions (study at Tomoro Coffee Surabaya). The research methodology used is quantitative research through a consumer survey approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection is done by survey method through google form filled in by respondents. The research sample used 155 consumer respondents of Tomoro Coffee products. This study uses statistical analysis testing for hypothesis testing with PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling) software and WarpPLS 7.0. The findings of this study confirm that consumer trust and consumer satisfaction have a significant effect on repurchase intentions. However, product quality does not have a significant effect on repurchase intentions in Tomoro Coffee consumers, this can occur because there are other factors that play a greater role in repurchase decisions, such as price, location convenience, customer experience, or promotional strategies implemented by Tomoro Coffee. In addition, to gain a better understanding of changes in consumer behavior over time, it is recommended that future research use a logitudinal design. A mixed-method approach can also be applied to collect quantitative and qualitative data simultaneously, so as to provide deeper insights into the factors that influence repurchase intentions.
