Abstract
Firm value is investor perception of thecompany`s success rate, it is often associated with stock prices.This research aimed to determine the influence of ratio market to book value of equity, capital expenditure to book value assets, managerial ownership on the firm value of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2014.Population of this research is all manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2014. Sampling method used purposive sampling method. This research used a sample of 95 manufacturing companies. Types of data used in secondary data of Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Analyze technique used multiple linear regression analyze.This result of this research with regression analyze are: ratio market to book value of equity significant influence and positive on the firm value. Capital expenditure to book value assets no significant influence on the firm value. Managerial ownership no significant influence on the firm value.
