Abstract

Marketing is an activity of a company in creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offers that have value for consumers or society. Meanwhile, the internet is a container created digitally. In life, the internet will help in finding the information needed, purchasing goods, and much more. With such rapid development, many entrepreneurs use it in business to exchange offers. Digital marketing has been present in the digital era as it is now. This study used descriptive and qualitative analysis techniques with a focus on conducting investigations regarding the constraints and problems faced by the Arang Restu Bumi company, both from an operational and marketing perspective. After that, determine digital marketing methods that are suitable to be applied to the Restu Bumi Charcoal Company. The demand for charcoal products has increased significantly. Charcoal entrepreneurs report that the demand for their products is getting higher, and some even have difficulty meeting consumer demand. Although employers have increased the amount of stockpiles, demand is still not fully met. With this surge in demand, there is a huge opportunity for business growth
