Abstract

Banks in Indonesia to compete issued a savings product for school students ranging from elementary school students (SD) to the students. Interest savings should be owned and invested in each student. But in fact, still a little school students who realize the importance of saving. Therefore, in order to improve the understanding to students, parents and school environment on financial services, especially savings, the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) together with the banking industry is trying to encourage a culture of saving from an early age through education and services financial inclusion with priority target is the student / students. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the SimPel Savings Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Rajawali Surabaya. To achieve clear targets and directed the authors to formulate the problem of the mechanism of savings, the problems that arise and how to increase customer interest. Based on the results of research and discussion of the implementation of the Saving Bank Rakyat Indonesia Rajawali Surabaya branch activities include the opening and closing savings savings in BRI Unit as well as in school.
