Abstract

The phenomenon of environmental damage on earth continues to occur. It can be seen from the existence of air quality caused by global air pollution that can cause disease, the emergence of the phenomenon of heat waves that occurred in Europe reaching 40 C and even in India which reached 49 C. Damage to the environment causes humans to become anxious, feel stressed, change habits towards a person, and negative effects such as thinking more. This study aims to examine the relationship between the variable uncertainty, the four dimensions of eco-anxiety (eco-anxiety affective symptoms, eco-anxiety rumination, eco-anxiety behavioral symptoms, and eco-anxiety anxiety about personal impact) and attitudinal loyalty. The sample in this study was collected as many as 204 respondents. This study succeeded in testing the relationship that uncertainty can affect a person with the uncertainty of environmental conditions. The findings in this study aim to encourage someone to be loyal to the use of environmentally friendly products that can reduce environmental damage
