Abstract

This study to determine the the influence net income and cash flowon stock returns LQ45 companies. Data optained from the income statement, cash flow statement and price stock LQ45 companies from 2008-2012. The population used as many as 18 company of the listed LQ45. The analysis tool used is descriptive test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, f test and t test. The results of this research is information net income and cash flows are represented with operating cash flow, cash flow investing and financing cash flows simultaneously no significant effect on stock returns, because the probability of > 0.05 . While that for the t test, Information gain partially significant effect on stock returns. Cash flow information is represented by the operating cash flow, cash flow investing and financing cash flows partially no significant effect on stock returns. Operating cash flow has a sig of 0.322 > 0.05, cash flow investment has sig probability of 0.223 > 0.05 and financing cash flows have sig probability of 0.809 > 0.05. This study is expected to be as input and consideration for managers and investors. For managers to pay more attention to the performance of the company in order to produce a positive value for the company. While investors are expected to measure the performance of companies not only by profit but also in the form of cash that can be generated by the company.
