Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of leverage, liquidity, profitability, and public share on the financial statement disclosure in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2020. The samples used were as many as 669 samples. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. Data analysis using SPSS programs by descriptive statistics, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The results showed that leverage, liquidity, profitability, and public share has no effect on financial statement disclosure.
