Abstract
Bank is a financial institution that accepts deposits and distributes credit to the public. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the significant effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Investing Policy Ration (IPR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Adversely Classified Asset (ACA), Interest Rate of Risk (IRR), Net Open Position (NOP), Operational and Cost Efficiency, Fee Based Income Ratio (FBIR) and Fix Asset to Capital Ratio (FACR) to ROA simultaneously and partially. The subject of this study is Commercial Banks Business Activities Fourth and used the purposive sampling as the sampling technique. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk as the sample of this study. The period of this study is from the first quarter, 2015 until to fourth quarter, 2020. The result of this study revealed that LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, NOP, BOPO, FBIR, and FACR simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA. LDR, IPR, NPL, ACA, and FBIR partially have a negative coefficient and insiginificant on ROA. NOP partially has a positive coefficient and insignificant on ROA. Operational and Cost Efficiency and FACR partially have a negative and significant of ROA. Operational and Cost Efficiency as the dominant variable that influenced ROA with 45.7% contribution.
