Abstract
Indonesian Hajj Savings is a savings product owned by PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Mojokerto Mojopahit 2 which is provided for customers who want to perform the pilgrimage by saving. The research method used is descriptive method, where data collection is taken from the results of interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies. From the data collection process, the researcher obtained a discussion regarding the procedures for opening and closing the Indonesian Hajj Savings accompanied by the requirements that must be completed by the customer and the facilities obtained for the customer. In the process of opening and closing Hajj Savings, Customer Service also encounters frequent problems, but these can be resolved by implementing alternative solutions. Some of these alternative solutions are customers to meet the requirements for an ID card and initial deposit, as well as family card data via photos for problems during opening. Then the alternative solution for the problem of closing is in the form of a loss report letter from the police and the use of e-banking facilities only for technology-savvy customers.
