Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of variables of profitability, company size, KAP size and solvency on audit delay. The population in this study is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. The data samples used were the result of purposive sampling techniques and the number of samples used was 148 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study is multi-ple linear regression analysis using SPSS. Based on the results of the study, it is known that profitability can affect audit delay, while firm size, size of public accounting and sol-vency do not affect audit delay.
