The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Operational Costs to Operating Income (BOPO) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Credit Distribution at Conventional Banks in Indonesia. This study uses populations in Book Bank III and Book Bank IV. Data analysis tools are descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis of classical assumption test analysis and hypothesis testing. F test results explain that the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Operational Costs to Operating Income (BOPO) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) simultaneously have a significant effect on lending of conventional banks in Indonesia. T Test results are: (1) Capital Adequacy Ratio has no effect on lending at conventional banks in Indonesia, (2) Non-Performing Loans (NPL) affect the distribution of loans to conventional banks in Indonesia, (3) Operating operating costs Income (BOPO) ) has no effect on lending at conventional banks in Indonesia, (4) Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) affects the lending of conventional banks in Indonesia.
