Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the direct effect of self control, financial knowledge, materialism value on management financial behavior of a high school teacher partly. By analyzing a set of 92 high school teacher at gresik which becomes permanent teachers. the study uses the multiple regression analysis programing with SPSS 13.0 for windows software to show effect on financial management behavior. On partly study show that the self control has a not direct effect on management financial behavior high school teacher. On partly financial knowledge has a not direct effect on management financial behavior high school teacher. Then the materialism value has a not direct effect without mediation impulsive buying on management financial behavior high school teacher; Therefore finally the future researches are advised to add the variable of that may management financial behavior high school teacher.
