Abstract

The success of a company is influenced by the performance of its employees. In this era of the Covid 19 pandemic, facts show that employee performance tends to decline. This is problematic for the company, because the company's performance will also decline. Therefore, it is important to know what factors affect employee performance, seen from various variables. This study aims to analyze how much influence Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance through mediation by employee job satisfaction. This research design uses a literature review, focusing on the relationship of organizational commitment, organizational culture, self-efficacy, job satisfaction and employee performance. The research findings propose ten propositions, namely the relationship between organizational commitment to employee performance, the relationship between organizational commitment to job satisfaction, the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction, the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance, the relationship between self-efficacy on job satisfaction, the relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance, the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance, mediated by job satisfaction, the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, mediated by job satisfaction, the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance, mediated by job satisfaction.
