Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze and detect the influence of independent commissioner and stock ownership on firm’s performance with CSR as moderating variable in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia stock exchange. The population is all of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The sample was chosen using purposive sampling with a total sample of 440 data. The analysis technique used descriptive statistic, classic assumption test, and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The result of this research show that manajerial ownership, institutional ownwrship, and public ownership has no effect to firm’s performance and CSR can’t moderate the effect of manajerial ownership, institutional ownwrship, and public ownership on firm’s performance, meanwhile independent commissioner has a positive significant effect to firm’s performance and CSR can moderate the effect of independent commissioner on firm’s performance.
