Abstract
Well-being is a very basic thing to achieve in life. Almost any need that must be met will require good financial conditions, so in general every individual expects financial well-being. The study aimed to examine the influence of financial knowledge, locus of control, and financial status on workers' financial well-being. The number of respondents from this study is as many as 328 respondents consisting of the people of Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik with sample criteria that have an income of at least Rp 4,000,000, with a productive age of 20-58 years, and already working. Respondents were selected by purposive sampling technique. This research uses data analysis technique that is SEM-PLS using the SmartPLS 3 application. The results of this study showed that financial knowledge had no significant negative effect on financial well-being, locus of control and financial status had a significant positive effect on financial well-being.
