Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of CEO power, institutional ownership, the proportion of independent commissioners and audit quality on firm value. The sample used in this study is all companies in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The number of companies that are used as samples are 336 companies with observations for 3 years using the purposive sampling method. Testing the hypothesis of this study using multiple regression models. The results showed that CEO power, institutional ownership, and audit quality had no significant effect on firm value using the Tobinsq proxy. Meanwhile, the proportion of independent commissioners has a significant effect on firm value using the Tobinsq proxy.
