Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence firm value with the independent variables being capital structure, firm size, profitability and leverage. The sample companies in this study were retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020 as many as 144 companies using purposive sampling method. The data is processed using spss. The results showed that capital structure and leverage had no significant positive effect on firm value, firm size had a significant negative effect on firm value, while profitability had a significant positive effect on firm value.
