Abstract
This study title “The Effect of Financial Performance Toward Return On Asset (ROA) in Stated Owned Bank.”This study aims to analyze whether the LDR, LAR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, FACR and PR have a significant effect simultaneously and partial on ROA in Stated Owned Bank. The sample are four banks, namely: Bank Negara Indonesia, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Tabungan Negara, and Bank Mandiri. Data and data collection methods in this research is secondary data extracted from financial statement of Stated Owned Banks in Indonesia Going from the first triwulan of 2010 until four triwulan of 2014. Data analyzes techniques in the research is multiple regression analysis.The result showed that the LDR, LAR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, FACR, and PR have a significant effect on ROA simultaneously to the Stated Owned Bank. LDR, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FACR, and PR partially have negative effect unsignificant on ROA in Stated Owned Bank. LAR, and FBIR have positive effect unsignificant on ROA in Stated Owned Bank. On the other hand, partially APB have negative effect significant on ROA in Stated Owned Bank. The result showed that the most dominant effect to ROA is APB. Keyword: Financial performance toward ROA.
