Abstract
Stock prices are the values of a stock that describe the company's wealth. the investor can issue the shares, because the changes or inconsistencies (fluctuations) are largely determined by the strength of supply and demand that occurs on the stock exchange (the secondary market). This study aims to determine the effect of return on assets, earnings per share, debt to asset ratio, and total asset turnover on stock prices. The population used in this study were automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. Data analysis was processed using IBM SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that the return on assets and earnings per share variables affect stock prices, while debt to asset ratio and total asset turnover variables have no effect on stock prices.
