Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Good CorporateGovernance, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Working Capital on Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample of 25 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis (MRA) using the SPSS 25 for windows program. The results of this study state that simultaneously the board of directors, board of commissioners, CSR, and working capital turnover have a positive and significant effect on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. Partially the board of directors has no significant effect on profitability, partially the board of commissioners has no effect on profitability, partially CSR has a negative and significant effect on profitability, and partially working capital turnover has no effect on profitability.
