Abstract
This study aims to find out more about how to implement restructuring problems at BMT Amanah Ummah in handling COVID-19. Informants in this study were BMT Amanah Ummah and its members. In this study the authors used qualitative methods based on observations and interviews conducted by researchers. Interviews were conducted with several informants, General Manager, Surabaya Branch Coordinator, Financing Administration, and Members. In this study, the authors wanted to know the restructuring model at BMT Amanah Ummah to overcome the problems experienced by members affected by Covid-19, the factors causing problems at BMT Amanah Ummah in Surabaya, and the implementation of financing restructuring as an effort to finance problems at BMT Amanah Ummah. in Surabaya. The results of this study explain that the settlement of non- performing financing at BMT Amanah Ummah is carried out by restructuring financing in a family manner and negotiating to establish an agreement.
