Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policies, and managerial ownership on firm value in the automotive industry and transportation industry for the 2016-2020 period. The population in this study are automotive companies and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sample was taken by purposive sampling technique that is based on certain criteria. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that investment decisions and funding decisions have no partial effect on firm value. Dividend policy and managerial ownership have a partial effect on firm value. Overall investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policy, and ownership have a simultaneous effect on firm value.
