Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine, explain and analyze the effect of asset structure, company growth, and profitability on debt policy in transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2020. This study uses asset structure, company growth and profitability as independent variables on debt policy as the dependent variable. The sample in this study was 32 companies, the time period used was 2017-2020. The technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and uses SPSS 24 tools. The type of data used is quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that company growth and profitability have an effect on debt policy, while asset structure has no effect on debt policy.
