Abstract
ABSTRACT The pupose of this study was to determine the effect of Saving Product Quality and Quality of Service for Saving Decisions on BRI Syariah in Surabaya. Population in this study is the BRI Syariah savings customers who have become customers of BRI Syariah criteria for more than three months and a minimum of five times transact directly with employees BRI Syariah by taking a sample of 66 respondents. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method, the type of data used is primary data research by spreading questionairs, multiple linier regression with SPSS 16.0 for windows. Get the result that Saving Product Quality significant effect on Saving Decision on BRI Syariah and Quality of Service does not significantly influence Saving Decision on BRI Syariah in Surabaya.
