Abstract
This study aims to examine effect of financial literacy, risk perception, and risk tolerance on the investment decision of senior high school teacher in Surabaya. The sample consisted of 68 respondents who hads characteristics: permanen teacher employment status and the main income comes from teacher salaries. Sampling is done by purposive sampling and convenience sampling. Analysis using PLS (Partial Least Square). The result of this study indicate that Financial Literacy has a significant positive effect on Investment Decision, Risk Perception has a significant positive effect on Investment Decision, and Risk Tolerance has a significant positive effect on Investment decision.
