Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, customer focus, employee empowerment involvement, teamwork, continuous improvement on employee performance. The dependent variable used in this study is employee performance. The independent variables in this study are leadership, customer focus, employee empowerment involvement, teamwork, continuous improvement. The population in this study were all employees of Bravo Supermarket in Bojonegoro. The sampling technique used in this study is to use complete enumeration. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 24. The results of this study show that leadership has no effect on employee performance, while focusing on customers, employee empowerment involvement, teamwork and continuous improvement has an effect on employee performance.
