Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of corporate governance, capital adequancy, intermediation funcion, and firm size on islamic bank’s profitability, wich is proxied bay return on assets (ROA). This study used a sample of 11 Islamic banks, which was taken by purposive sampling technique. The results of this study state that corporate governance has no significant effect on profitability. Capital adequancy has a significant positive effect on profitability. The intermediation function positive has no significant effect on profitability, and firm size has a significant positive effect on profitability.
