Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Financing to Deposit Ratio on Islamic banks in Indonesia. This research data was obtained from the annual financial statements on the website of each bank in 2016-2020. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with criteria that have been determined by the researcher, so the sample included in the criteria is 12 banks. The data used is secondary data by collecting all the required data through financial statements according to the sample and period used. Technical analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis accompanied by descriptive tests, classical assumption test for data normality test, and continued with hypothesis testing. This study shows that the data is normally distributed after performing outliers once, which was initially 60 data reduced to 59 data. The results of this study indicate that the variables Return On Assets and Capital Adequacy Ratio have no effect on Non Performing Financing. Meanwhile, the variable Financing to Deposit Ratio has an effect on Non-Performing Financing.
