Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of leverage and independent commissioners on the value of mining companies and to determine and test the effect of profitability in strengthening the relationship between leverage and independent commissioners on the value of mining companies. The population in this study were all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2019 and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leverage does not affect the value of mining companies, but independent commissioners affect the value of mining companies, and profitability can moderate the relationship between leverage and mining company value, but profitability cannot moderate the relationship of independent commissioners to mining company value
