Abstract

Financial management behavior is important in supporting one's life so that future financial prosperity can be achieved. This study aims to examine the effect of income, behavioral intentions and financial literacy on financial management. The sample in this study were 112 respondents who were selected based on purposive and convenience sampling with the following criteria: already working with a minimum income of IDR 4,000,000.00 per month, domiciled in Surabaya. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling analysis on PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of Income, Behavioral Intentions and Financial Literacy on Family Financial Management Behavior.
