Abstract
Competition that occurs between Islamic banking is now getting tighter, both directly and indirectly. This will certainly have an impact on a level of profitability in Islamic banks. In addition to this, the ability to generate a profit which is a very important indicator to assess the ability to compete in Islamic banking in a short time.The method of collecting in this research is quantitative data. Quantitative data is data that is expressed in numbers that can indicate the value of the magnitude of the variable it represents. The data used in this study is secondary data using the financial report data of Islamic Commercial Banks in 2016-2020. This study took samples using purposive sampling method, which is a sampling technique with certain criteria that can provide maximum data according to the research objectives. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression using SPSS 25. The results of this study are thevariables of financing risk, mudharabah financing, and Musyarakah financing affects the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks. This indicates that the rise and fall of financing risk and musyarakah financing will affect the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks. While the inflation rate has no effect on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks. Future researchers are expected to expand the population, increase the research period, and add variables.
