Abstract
The bank is the main institution that acts as a financial intermediary (financial intermediary) between parties who have funds (surplus funds) and parties who need funds (fund deficit) which functions to facilitate the flow of payment traffic. This study aims to determine the level of significance of the effect of LDR, IPR, LAR, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO and FBIR simultaneously and partially on ROA at Bank Pembangunan Daerah Konvensional. This research method uses quantitative research with secondary data types obtained from the publication of financial statements that have been published by the OJK agency. The sample of this research is Bank Pembangunan Daerah Konvensional in the first quarter of 2016 to the fourth quarter of 2020, including PT. BPD West Java & Banten. Tbk, PT. BPD DKI Jakarta, and PT. East Java BPD. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables LDR, IPR, LAR, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO and FBIR simultaneously had a significant effect on ROA at Conventional Regional Development Banks. LDR, IPR, and PDN partially have no significant negative effect on ROA. LAR and IRR partially have a significant positive effect on ROA. NPL and FBIR partially have no significant positive effect on ROA. BOPO partially has a significant negative effect on ROA.
