Abstract
Multipurpose Credit (MC) is a banking product which gives disbursement facility to the debtor by giving a collateral. The research is conducted in Mojosari-Mojokerto Brand Office of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur. The credit product examined is a product which is used as an advantage for PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur distributed for the Civil Servant. This research discussed about the multipurpose credit distributed to the retirement and pre-retirement aims to give convenience in fulfilling consumer needs and plan in building or developing business in pension time. The research method used is descriptive method by conducting data collection through interviews, documentations and observations. The installment payment is conducted each month by cutting salary directly which has been allocated to PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur. The interest in granting this credit is 6,6 percent p.a for new debtor and take over. While for the compensation debtor or top up is approximately 7,2 percent p.a.
