Abstract
This research aims to analyze whether the LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO dan FBIR have significant influence simultaneously and partially to Financial Capital on Regional Development Banks. The sample of this research are four banks, namely : PT. BPD Bali ; PT. BPD Jawa Tengah ; PT. BPD Sumatera Selatan & Bangka Belitung dan PT. BPD Riau. Data and collecting data method in this research is secondary data which is taken from financial report of Regional Development Banks started from the first quarter period of 2010 until the second quarter period of 2014. The technique of data analyzing in this research is descriptive analyze and using multiple linear regression analyze. Based on calculations and result from using SPSS 19.0 for windows, state that LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, dan FBIR have significant influence simultaneously to Financial Capital on Regional Development Banks. IRR have positif significant influence partially to Financial Capital on Regional Development Banks. BOPO have negatif significant influence partially to Financial Capital on Regional Development Banks. On the other hand, LDR, IPR, NPL, PDN and FBIR have negatif unsignificant influence partially to Financial Capital on Regional Development Banks. APB have positif unsignificant influence partially to Financial Capital on Regional Development Banks. Key words : Business Risk, Financial Capital, Regional Development Banks.
