Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of future orientation, financial knowledge, spiritual intelligence, and financial management experience on retirement planning with the moderating variable of age. The sampling technique used in this study used purposive sampling. The data collection technique used an online questionnaire by distributing 134 samples in the areas Surabaya and Sidoarjo. The independent variables are future orientation, financial knowledge, spiritual intelligence, and financial management experience, the dependent variables are retirement planning, and the age is the moderating variable. The result of this study are future orientation, financial knowledge, spiritual intelligence, and financial management experience have significant positive effect, while age have not moderate financial knowledge on retirement planning. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using WarpPLS 07 Keywords : Future Orientation, Financial Knowledge, Spiritual Intelligence, Financial Management Experience, Retirement Planning, Age
