Abstract

The purpose of this research is the effect of liquidity risk, credit risk, market risk, and operational risk on ROA at regional development banks. The population samples in this study were 3 (three) West Sumatra Regional Development Banks, South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regional Development Banks, and Riau Kepri Regional Development Banks for the period 2015 to 2020. Liquidity risk variables used LDR, LAR, IPR, and credit risk variables used NPL and APB, market risk variables use IRR, operational risk variables use BOPO and FBIR variables. This type of research uses secondary research and the method of data collection documentation. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis of data consisting of several simultaneous tests (F test) and partial tests (t test). The results showed that the LDR, LAR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously had a significant effect on ROA at Regional Development Banks. Partially variabel NPL and BOPO have significant on ROA, and the effect of BOPO on ROA is the most dominant because it has partial determination 13,1 percent, the coefficient of determination is partially higher than other independent variables. Keyword : Return On Assets (ROA), liquidity risk, credit risk, market risk and operational risk.
