Abstract
The purpose of this rersearch is to determine the influence of financial knowledge and lifestyle on the financial behavior of workers in Gresik with income as a moderating variable. The samples was taken using a purposivec sampling. Total of respondents from the research are 120 respondents with the criteria as a workers in Gresik, having an income per month, a minimum income of Rp. 2.000.000, and a productive age of 18-40 years. The analysis technical used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the PLS test equipment.The result explain financial knowledge and lifestyle have a significant positive effect on financial behavior of workers in Gresik. Meanwhile, incom wasn’t able to moderate the effect of financial knowledge on the financial behavior of workers in Gresik. This research has the implication that vworkers in Gresik need to improve their financial knowledge and maintain their lifestyle properly, so that these workers can manage their finances well.
