Abstract
The aims of this research is to examine the effect of managerial ownership, return on assets, debt to assets ratio, dividend payout ratio, inflation, and interest rate on firm value (study at Manufacturing Companies Listing in Indonesian Stock Exchange since 2008 until 2012 period). The population in this study are all Manufacturing Companies Listing in Indonesian Stock Exchange since 2008 until 2012 period. The sample in this study is manufacturing company according to the criteria established. Regression analysiis was performed with based the results of data analysis this study concludes some of the following : (1) Variable manajerial ownership proven to effects the firm value, (2) Variable return on assets proved possitive to effects the firm value, (3) Variable debt to assets ratio not proven to effects the firm value, (4) Variable dividen payout ratio not proven to effects the firm value, (5) Variable inflation proved negative to effects the firm value, (6) Variable interst rate not proven to effects the firm value. Key words : managerial ownership, return on assets, debt to assets ratio, dividend payout ratio, inflation, interest rate and firm value
