Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that exist in the user's decision or behavioral intentions a digital payment platform in financial technology (OVO, Dana, and GoPay). Exogenous variables in this study include performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. The data used in this research is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaire online. This study used purposive sampling technique with a sample of 206 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with data analysis techniques using Smart-PLS processed. This study found evidence that social influence, facilitating conditions had a significant positive effect on behavioral intentions. Meanwhile, performance expectancy and effort expectancy have a positive but insignificant effect on behavioral intentions.
