Abstract
Banks are financial institutions that have the function of collecting funds from the public in the form of savings and channeling them to the public in the form of credit and or in other forms in improving the standard of living of the people at large. This study aims to see the effect of liquidity ratios, asset sensitivity, market sensitivity, efficiency and good corporate governance both silmutaneously and partially on ROA at Conventional Regional Development Banks from three samples of selected banks, namely Central Sulawesi Regional Development Bank, Bengkulu Regional Development Bank and Lampung Regional Development Bank. This study aims to analyze whether LDR, LAR, IPR, NPL, APB, PDN, IRR, FBIR and GCG simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA. This research uses secondary data which is taken by documentation method. This data is taken from financial reports published from the Conventional Regional Development Bank in quarterly of 2015 until second quarterly 2020. Multiple regression is used for analysis. The results show that LAR has a significant positive effect on ROA. Then APB, IRR, and GCG have a significant negative effect on ROA. In addition, LDR, NPL, FBIR partially have a positive and insignificant effect on ROA. However, IPR and PDN partially have a negative and insignificant effect on ROA.
