Abstract
Investors pay attention to profitability analysis before investing in a company. Companies must maintain profitability conditions in order to attract investors. The survival of the company is influenced by many things, one of wich is profitability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital efficiency, firm size, and diversification on profitability in manufacturing companies (food and beverage) in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used a sample of 17 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression with the help of the SPSS statistical 25 program. The results of this study indicate that the efficiency of working capital and diversification has a significant positive effect on profitability, while firm size has no significant positive effect.
