Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, firm size and capital structure on firm value. This research was conducted in retail trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 - 2019. The sample is selected using purposive sampling technique, resulting tweleve companies as the research samples. The data is analysed using multiple linear regression. The results prooved that profitability and capital structure have a significant positive effect on firm value, liquidity has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, and firm size has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, liquidity, profitability, firm size and capital structure have a significant effect on firm value. This shows the importance of investors and company management to pay attention to the company's profitability and capital structure to increase firm value.
