Abstract
Retirement fund planning is important to support one’s life for financial well-being in old age. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of future orientation, lifestyle and financial literacy on retirement fund planning. The sample are 105 respondents that isselected by purposive and convenience samplingwith characteristics: minimum income is Rp5.000.000,00 per month, and lived in Surabaya. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling in PLS (Partial Least Square). The results indicate that there are significant positive influencesof future orientation to Retirement Fund Planning. There is noinfluenceof Lifestyle and Financial Literacy to Retirement Fund Planing. Keyword: Retirement Fund Planning, Future Orientation, Lifestyle, Financial Literacy.
