Abstract
Banks are financial institutions that have the function of collecting funds from the public in the from of savings and channeling them to the public in the from of credit and or in other forms in improving the standard of living of the people at large. The aims of this study is to determine the effect of the ratio Liquidity, Asset Quality, Sensitivity, Efficiency and Profitability on capital in third Bank Umum Kegiatan Usaha (BUKU). The financial ratio include Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Investing Policy Ratio (IPR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Adversely Classified Asset (ACA), Interest Rate Risk (IRR), Net Open Position (NOP), Operational Efficiency Ratio (OER), Fee Based Income Ratio (FBIR), and Return on Asset (ROA). The subject of this study was third BUKU. The samples were Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) Jatim, BPD Jabar and Banten and also Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) Tbk. This study used purposive sampling and data analysis techniques using multiplelinear regression. The period of this study from first quarter, 2015 to the second quarter, 2020. The results of this study revealed that LDR, APB, and BOPO, partially have a significant effect on the adequacy of capital in third BUKU, and IPR, PDN, FBIR have an insignificant negative effect on capital adequacy, while the NPL, IRR, and ROA variables have an insignificant positive effect on capital adequacy.
