Abstract
Investor needs to understand the things that related to the macroeconomics conditions of a country and the level of profitability of a company. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of interest rate, exchange rate, inflation, and profitability on changes in stock price of companies that include on index LQ45 for the periode 2016 - 2019. The sampel used in this research is 43 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. The analyze technique used is multiple regression. The result of this research show that simultaneously the interest rate (sensitivity of interest rate), exchange rate (sensitivity of exchange rate), inflation (sensitivity of inflation), and level of profitability (return on equity) have significant effect on stock proce. Partially, exchange rate (sensitivity of exchange rate) has significant positive effect and inflation (sensitivity of inflation) has significant negative effect on stock price, but interest rate (sensitivity of interest rate) and profitability (return on equity) have positive effect but not significant. This research has implication for investor to consider exchange rate and inflation when invest in companies of LQ45
