Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the difference between the comparison bank and the syariah banking starting from the first quarter of 2010 to the second quarter of 2014.This study used a sample of eight banks, four conventional bank those are cimb niaga, permata bank, PAN Indonesia bank,danamon bank, and international bank. and syariah banking those are syariah mandiri bank, muamalat indonesia bank, BRI syariah bank, BNI syariah bank, and also Mega syariah bank.Variabels used in the assesment of financial performance are LDR/FDR, IPR, NPL/NPF, BOPO, FBIR, ROA,ROE, and CAR.testing the hypotesis of this study using two average different test ( independent one sample t - test) by using a significance level of 5 percent.The resultsofthis studyfound thatROAandCARare notsignificant, andthe variableLDR/FDR, IPR,ROA, FBIR, significantROE. betweenIslamic bankswith aconventional bank. Keywords : LDR/FBIR, IPR, NPL/NPF, BOPO, FBIR, ROA, ROE, and CAR.
