Abstract
Nowadays investment is very crucial in life, because by investing our fun we can forecast our future needs. There are some investment types such as bank account and real asset. However, there are many factors that can influence one's investment decision, like financial literacy and employment status. In this globalization era not only men who work but women are too. Based on the reason, the purpose of this research is to assess the influence of financial literacy and women employment status toward investment decision in Surabaya and Madura. A convenience sample of 100 of Surabaya and Madura is applied. The researcher applied binary logistic regression to test the hypothesis. The result of this research indicated that there is no significant influence between financial literacy and investment decision whereas women employment status significantly influence the investment decision.
