Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, leverage, activity and firm size on financial distress of infrastructure, utility and transportation sector companies in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2019. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method. The sample used is the financial statements of the infrastructure, utility and transportation sector companieslisted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total of 29 samples, using logistic regression. The results showed that the liquidity and leverage variables had no effect on financial distress. While the activity and firm size variables had effect on financial distress.
