Abstract
Bank is financial institusions that has an important role in the macro economic. The purpose of this study is to determine the significant level of the variables Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Investing Policy Ratio (IPR), Adversely Classified Asset (ACA), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Interest Rate Risk (IRR), Net Open Position (NOP), Operational Efficiency Ratio (OER), Fee Based Income Ratio (FBIR) and Fixed Asset Capital Ratio (FACR) toward Return On Asset (ROA). The subjects of this study are Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Go Public. The periode of this study during first quarterly 2015 until second quarterly 2020. The sample used this study that Bukopin Tbk, Bank Mayapada Tbk, dan BTPN Tbk. This study used purposive sampling. The results of this study revealed that LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR, and FACR have a significant effect on ROA simulataneuosly. LDR, IPR, PDN, FACR have an insignificant negative effect on ROA parsially. NPL and BOPO have a significant negative effect on ROA partially. APB and IRR have a positive insignificant effect on ROA partially. FBIR has a positive significant effects on ROA partially. The implication of this study is financial performance of the bank has an effects on ROA for the operational bank. Keyword : Bank, Bank Umum Swasta Nasional, Go Public, ROA, Financial Performance.
